Member Analysis


The Insights 2.0 Member Analysis dashboard provides a detailed, filterable view of current plan holders. It includes customer data, plan behavior, and status breakdowns. Use it to make data-informed decisions at the individual plan level. Analyze current member statuses, reload behavior, and contact details across locations.

Insights 2.0 dashboards are accessible from within Patheon Portal, or directly from any mobile device or desktop computer at Insights.DRB.com.

Dashboard Tools

The Member Analysis dashboard includes the following functions: refresh, sign out, last updated time and date, select a dashboard tool, and select a site tool.

Refresh

Dashboards automatically refresh every 15 minutes. However, the dashboard header provides a refresh function to manually force a data refresh. When selected, it refreshes the data for all Insights 2.0 dashboards.

NotePatheon Portal does not include the Refresh function. Use the web browser reload page function to manually refresh the data.

Sign Out

The user icon in the header provides a Sign Out function to sign out of Insights 2.0.

Last Updated

The date and time, based on the user's location, the dashboard data was last refreshed.

ImportantInsights 2.0 dashboard data is near real-time. It reflects a 15-minute delay, so that the data can be processed and accurately rendered in the dashboards.


Filters

START DATE OF PLAN

Use the Start Date of Plan slider or calendars to select a start and end date range by which to filter members based on their plan's start date.

LAST STATUS DATE

Use the Last Status Date slider or calendars to select a start and end date range by which to filter members based on their plan's state as of a certain date.

Sites

Use site selector function to view members based on their plan's site, specific sites, or all sites.

Plans

Use the plans selector to view only plans with a specific status, specific statuses, or all statuses.

Types

Filter by plan type (e.g. TBAR, TBMR).

Member List

The member stats list provides information about each plan member, for the selected filters.


Customer's PlanId

The Customer's PlanId column provides the ID code of the member's plan.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending numerical order by selecting its header.

Site Code of the Originating site

The Site Code of the Originating site column provides the site code of the site that is the home site of the customer's plan.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending alphanumerical order by selecting its header.

Customer Name

The Customer Name column provides the name, in FirstName,LastName format, of each plan member. For example, customer John Smith would be listed as John,Smith.

The column can be sorted (by first name) in ascending or descending alphanumerical order by selecting its header.

Reload Type

The Reload Type column provides the plan's reload method.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending alphanumerical order by selecting its header.

Plan Type

The Plan Type column provides information about plan's length method.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending alphanumerical order by selecting its header.

  • Time-Based
  • Unit-Based

Reload Day of Month

The Reload Day of Month column provides information about the day the plan reloads.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending alphanumerical order by selecting its header.

Empty

No value is entered for Unit-Based plans.

Plan Start Type

The Plan Start Type column provides information about how the member joined the plan.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending alphanumerical order by selecting its header.

PlanPurchased

The member purchased this plan.

TransferredIn

The member was transferred to this plan from another plan.

Current Plan Status

The Current Plan Status column provides information about the member's plan status.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending alphanumerical order by selecting its header.

  • Expired
  • TransferOut
  • Terminated

Plan Start Date

The Plan Start Date column provides the date, in 1/1/25 format, each member's plan started.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending numerical order by selecting its header.

Last Status Date

The Last Status Date column provides the date, in 1/1/25 format, each member's plan status changed.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending numerical order by selecting its header.

Last Reload Date

The Last Reload Date column provides the date, in 1/1/25 format, each member's plan last reloaded. Note: This will be empty for plans that haven't reloaded, such as new time-based plans or unit-based plans that have never reloaded.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending numerical order by selecting its header.

Phone Number

The Phone Number column provides the phone number, in 1234567890 format, of each plan member.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending numerical order by selecting its header.

Address

The Address column provides the street address, in 123 Main St, format, of each plan member.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending alphanumerical order by selecting its header.

City

The City column provides the address city, in City Name format, of each plan member.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending alphanumerical order by selecting its header.

State / Province

The State / Province column provides the state / province address, in Ohio format, of each plan member.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending alphanumerical order by selecting its header.

Postal Code

The Postal Code column provides the postal code address, in 12345 or 12345-6789 format, of each plan member.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending numerical order by selecting its header.

Email

The Email column provides the contact email address, in example@email.com format, of each plan member. This will be empty if no contact email address is saved for the member.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending alphanumerical order by selecting its header.

Last 4 CC

The Last 4 CC column provides the last four digits of the payment card assigned to the plan, in 1234 format, of each plan member.

The column can be sorted in ascending or descending numerical order by selecting its header.

Card Brand

The Card Brand column provides the payment card brand assigned to the plan, for each plan member. The available brands include:

Card Expiration

The Card Expiration column provides the last month and year the payment card assigned to the plan expires, in MM-DDDD format, of each plan member.
