Dashboard Tools
The Plan Analysis includes the following functions: refresh, sign out, last updated time and date, select a dashboard tool, and select a site tool.
Refresh
Dashboards automatically refresh every 15 minutes. However, the dashboard header provides a refresh function to manually force a data refresh. When selected, it refreshes the data for all Insights 2.0 dashboards.
Note: Patheon Portal does not include the Refresh function. Use the web browser reload page function to manually refresh the data.
Sign Out
The user icon in the header provides a Sign Out function to sign out of Insights 2.0.
Last Updated
The date and time, based on the user's location, the dashboard data was last refreshed.
Important: Insights 2.0 dashboard data is near real-time. It reflects a 15-minute delay, so that the data can be processed and accurately rendered in the dashboards.

Selecting it opens the Plan Analysis dashboard menu.
Current Plan Stats
Insights 2.0>Plan Analytics>Plan Analysis>Current Plan Stats
The Current Plan Stats dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of current and active plan data, including: number of active plans by site and active plan statistics, with the ability to filter by location, plan type, or specific plan names.
Use this dashboard to track plan volume by site or category.

CURRENT PLAN STATISTICS
The Current Plan Statistics section provides the following information: active plan count, active plan vehicle count, multi-vehicle plan count, and single vehicle plan count.
Active Plans
The number of plans with an Active status, for the selected filters.
Active Plan Vehicle Count
The number of vehicles associated with a plan with an Active status, for the selected filters.
Multi-Vehicle Plans
The number of plans that have 2 or more vehicles, for the selected filters.
Single Vehicle Plans
The number of plans that have only 1 vehicle, for the selected filters.
NUMBER OF ACTIVE PLANS BY SITE
The Number of Active Plans by Site section provides a quick reference for the number of plans with an Active status at each site, for the selected filters. Each site is identified by its site code.
ACTIVE PLAN STATISTICS
The Active Plan statistics section provides the following information: number of active plans, number of active plans in a grace period/reloading, number of plans discontinuing, number of plans suspending, number of plans suspended, and the percent that each plan is for all active plans.
Active (Non-Issue)
The Active (Non-Issue) metric is the number of plans with an Active status that aren't currently in a grace period or reloading period, for the selected filters.
Active (In Grace)/Reloading
The Active (In Grace)/Reloading metric is the number of plans with an Active status that are currently in a grace period or reloading period, for the selected filters.
Discontinuing
The Discontinuing metric is the number of plans with a Discontinuing status, for the selected filters.
Suspending
The Suspending metric is the number of plans with a Suspending status, for the selected filters.
Suspended
The Suspended metric is the number of plans with a Suspended status, for the selected filters.
Active Plans By Plan Name
The Active Plans By Plan Name chart identifies the percentage that each active plan comprises for all active plans, for the selected filters.
Historical Stats
Insights 2.0>Plan Analytics>Plan Analysis>Historical Stats
The Historical Stats dashboard provides up to 90 days of the most recent historical plan data, including: total number of plans sold, total number of plans sold by day, total number of plans reloaded, total number of plans reloaded by day, total number of plans ended, total number of plans ended by day, total reload net revenue, and total reload net revenue by day, for the selected filters. It is updated daily, through the previous day.
Use this dashboard to analyze trends and performance over time, across locations and/or plan types.
Filters
The Historical Stats dashboard can be filtered by site, plan name, time period, and/or plan types.
Sites
Filter the dashboard by specific site, multiple specific sites, or all sites.
Plans
Filter the dashboard by specific plan name, multiple specific plan names, or all plan names.

Filter the dashboard by the previous 30 days, previous 60 days, or previous 90 days.

HISTORICAL PLAN STATISTICS
The Historical Plan Statistics section provides totals and day-breakouts for plans sold, plans reloaded, plans ended, and net revenue.
Total Number of Plans Sold
The Total Number of Plans Sold metric provides the number of plans sold, for the selected filters.
Total Number of Plans Sold by Day
The Total Number of Plans Sold by Day metric provides the number of plans sold for each date, for the selected filters.
Total Number of Plans Reloaded
The Total Number of Plans Reloaded metric provides the number of plans reloaded, for the selected filters.
Total Number of Plans Reloaded by Day
The Total Number of Plans Reloaded by Day metric provides the number of plans reloaded for each date, for the selected filters.
Total Number of Plans Ended
The Total Number of Plans Ended metric provides the number of plans ended, for the selected filters.
Total Number of Plans Ended by Day
The Total Number of Plans Ended by Day metric provides the number of plans ended for each date, for the selected filters.

Insights 2.0>Plan Analytics>Plan Analysis>Plans Stats
The Plans Stats dashboard provides the following data points for a site: plan ticket average, plan counts, monthly wash averages, plan washes, plan washes as a percentage of total washes, along with monthly plan activity details, including plan site, starting and ending counts, new plans added, plan transfers (in and out), and ended, discontinued, expired, out of units, terminated, and unpaid plans.
Use this dashboard to track monthly plan performance and understand how plans contribute to overall wash volume and revenue metrics.
Filters
The Plan Stats dashboard can be filtered by site and month.
Sites
Filter the dashboard by specific site, multiple specific sites, or all sites.
Month - Year
Filter the dashboard by a specific month.
Plan Ticket Average
The Plan Ticket Average is the average dollar amount per plan, for the selected filters.
Average Active Plan Count
The Average Active Plan Count is the average plan count, for the selected filters.
Average Monthly Washes
The Average Monthly Washes is the average, for the selected filters.
Total Plan Washes
The Total Plan Washes is the total number of plan washes, for the selected filters.
% of Total Washes
The % of Total Washes is the percentage of all washes that were plan washes, for the selected filters.
PLAN BY THE NUMBERS
The Plan by the Numbers section provides the following information: site ID, starting plan count, ending plan count, new plans added, transfer in, transfer out, total plans ended, discontinued, expired, out of units, terminated, and unpaid, for the selected plans and/or plan types.

Plan Details
The Plan Details list provides detailed plan information, for the selected filters.
Location
The Location column provides the site code, for the selected filters.
The column can be sorted in ascending or descending alphanumerical order by selecting its header.
Starting Plan Count
The Starting Plan Count column provides the number of plans at the start of the month, for the selected filters.
The column can be sorted in ascending or descending numerical order by selecting its header.
Ending Plan Count
The Ending Plan Count column provides the number of plans at the end of the month, for the selected filters.
The column can be sorted in ascending or descending numerical order by selecting its header.
New Plans Added
The New Plans Added column provides the number of plans added during the month, for the selected filters.

Transfer In
The Transfer In column provides the number of plans transferred in for the month, for the selected filters.

The Active Plans dashboard provides a real-time list of all currently active plans, with the following metrics: total current active plans and a current active plans list with the following information for each member: customer plan ID, plan name, plan status, plan start date, last reload, last redemption date, plan's home site, total redemptions, plan home site, customer name, phone, email address, customer street address, city, state, postal code, vehicle make, vehicle model, license plate number, and RFID number.
Use this dashboard to monitor current membership counts and statuses, and assist with operations monitoring.

The Churning Plans dashboard provides a real-time list of all currently churning plans, with the following metrics: total current churning plans and a current churning plans list with the following information for each member: customer plan ID, plan name, plan status, plan start date, last reload, last redemption date, plan's home site, total redemptions, plan home site, customer name, phone, email address, customer street address, city, state, postal code, vehicle make, vehicle model, license plate number, and RFID number.
Use this dashboard to proactively identify and manage at-risk memberships by performing retention outreach initiatives and churn analysis.

The Churning Plans section provides the number of plans with a churning status, along with a list that contains plan member information.

The Suspending Plans dashboard provides a real-time list of all currently suspending plans, with the following metrics: total current churning plans and a current churning plans list with the following information for each member: customer plan ID, plan name, plan status, plan start date, last reload, last redemption date, plan's home site, total redemptions, plan home site, customer name, phone, email address, customer street address, city, state, postal code, vehicle make, vehicle model, license plate number, and RFID number.
Use this dashboard to help track members who have paused service and may return, as well as forecasting reactivations and managing paused memberships.

SUSPENSIONS
The SusPENSIONS section provides the number of plans with a suspending status and suspended status, along with a list that contains plan member information.
