House Accounts
The House Accounts panel provides a place to create and view a client's house account customers. From here, users can create a new account, or view and edit an existing account's configuration in the House Details panel.
House account member vehicles can now be identified via license plate (in addition to RFID), WHEN the vehicle is in a lane with a kiosk terminal AND the house account’s Select a Wash* (WASH PACKAGE AND SERVICES section) parameter is set to a specific wash (not Any available wash value) of the HOUSE DETAILS (2 CONTRACT DETAILS) panel.
This feature is planned to be extended for Any available wash configurations, as well as member lanes (unattended cashier terminal) in future releases.
Redeem HA when vehicle is identified by LP
When a vehicle associated with a house account is identified by license plate at a kiosk terminal, the vehicle will receive the specific wash configured for the house account (the account’s Select a Wash* (WASH PACKAGE AND SERVICES section) parameter is set to a specific wash (not Any available wash value) of the HOUSE DETAILS (2 CONTRACT DETAILS) panel.
Patheon now ignores the primary identifier setting that is part of house account configuration in previous releases, and instead the vehicle can redeem by RFID or license plate, by default.
The MEMBER IDENTIFICATION section, Select Method* parameter, and Enable Secondary ID parameter are removed from the HOUSE DETAILS (2 CONTRACT DETAILS) panel (CONFIGURATION>Plans>House Accounts>Add/Edit).
House account member identification is now configured per vehicle, from the HOUSE DETAILS (3 VEHICLES) panel (CONFIGURATION>Plans>House Accounts>Add/Edit), and can be RFID, license plate, or both.

Select the HOUSE DETAILS panel.

By default, the house accounts list displays only house accounts with an Active status. Select the Show inactive house accounts function to display only inactive house accounts.
Not Selected (Active Only)
When Show inactive house accounts is not selected, the list includes only house accounts with a Status of Active.
Selected (Inactive Only)
When Show inactive house accounts is selected, the list includes only house accounts with a Status of Inactive.
Search
Use the search function to locate a house account by entering all, or any part of, its Name or Account ID.
By default, search results will include house accounts that match either of these. However, the house account search function also includes a drop-down to narrow a search to one of these.
Search Parameter
The search parameter drop-down allows users to restrict a search to one of the following parameters: Name or Account ID.
Select All, the default value, from the drop-down list to reset the search function.
House Accounts List
The house accounts list contains all a client's house account customers.
