Configuration
The Configuration page, accessible from the Patheon Portal header, provides a vertical menu from which users can configure and manage client-level and site-level products, plans, employees, kiosks, discounts, and more. The client-level configuration menu is displayed when the page opens. A secondary vertical menu for site-level configuration is displayed after a site is selected from the client-level Sites panel.
Sites & Groups
Site list, with access to site details, profit centers, products, plans, discounts, point of sale management, and kiosk management.
Organize sites based on business operations, region, customers, products, club plans, or however etc.. Sites can belong to multiple groups.
Segments
View pre-defined (System) customer segments, or create and manage custom segments, to help identify select groups of customers.
Promotions
Create and manage triggers and promotions flows.
Profit Centers
Create profit centers to assign to products, employees, and services for financial and labor report calculations.
Services
Manage an organization's manual (towel dry, detail, etc.) and tunnel (rinse arch, blowers, etc.) services.
Products
Create and configure products, change prices, add product barcodes, and deactivate products that are no longer needed.
Plans
Create and manage membership plans (unlimited plans, wash clubs, etc.), as well as house account plans.
Discounts
Create, configure, and schedule discount items; set the percent or dollar amount off, specify item applicability, assign codes to trigger the discount, and more.
Codes
View a list of all products with assigned codes, generate new codes, or download a text file with all codes for 3rd-party gift card and ticketbook manufacturers.
Employees
Set up and manage employees; mark them active/inactive to reflect their status, and assign roles and permissions.
Customers
Manage customer contact information, vehicles, license plates, and preferences.
Kiosks
Manage kiosk flows, themes, and media for an organization. Also includes a simulator for testing kiosk configurations.
Alerts
View a list of system alerts, along with the message text generated for each. Also includes the ability to disable select alerts.
Customization
Upload an organization-wide company logo, receipt logo, and Patheon Portal loading animation graphic.
