Tunnel Entrance App

The tunnel entrance terminal application is a vehicle queue management and point-of-sale tool for tunnel entrance staff.

Tunnel entrance staff use it primarily to send vehicles and manage the wash queue. However, they can also access the Sales panel, Active Sales panel, Sales History panel, Customers panel, Cash Balance panel, and Hardware panel, which enables them to quickly resolve common issues right from the tunnel entrance terminal, such as:

• Look up and apply a wash subscription customer's plan (Customers panel)
• Apply a rewash (Sales panel)

Note: The payment options available on the Sales panel reflect the peripherals connected to the tunnel entrance terminal. For example, the Cash payment function is grayed/unavailable if a cash drawer isn’t connected to the tunnel entrance terminal, and the Credit payment function is grayed/unavailable if a payment card reader isn’t connected to the tunnel entrance terminal.
