Forgot Username

Use these steps to retrieve an employee's username when signing into the cashier application.

1. Ask a manager to look up the employee username in the employee record in Patheon Portal.
2. Open the cashier application. A DRB Patheon Point of Sale dialog opens.

1. Enter the employee username.
2. Enter the employee password.
3. Select Log In. The cashier application opens.
