Forgot Password

Use these steps to reset a password when signing in to the cashier application.

1. Ask a manager to record a new password in the employee record in Patheon Portal.
2. After the new password is recorded, open the cashier application. A DRB Patheon Point of Sale dialog opens.

1. Enter the employee username.
2. Enter the new password.
3. Select Log In. The cashier application opens.
