Purchase a Wash Subscription from EWA


Essential Web Application (EWA) customer app users can use these steps to purchase a wash subscription plan from the EWA through its simple, single-page purchase workflow.

  1. Open the EWA customer app.

  1. Select Continue as guest. The Plans page opens.

  1. Navigate to the plan to purchase.
  2. Select Buy Now. A phone number entry page opens.

  1. Enter your phone number. Important: A login code will be sent via SMS text to this phone number. Message and data rates may apply.
  2. Select Submit. A code is sent to the entered phone number and the SMS code entry page opens.

  1. Enter the code sent via SMS text.
  2. Select Submit. The sign-up page opens.
  3. Navigate to the Details section.

  1. In First name, enter your first name.
  2. In Last name, enter your last name.
  3. In Email, enter your email address.
  4. Navigate to the Vehicles section.
  5. In License Plate, enter license plate of the vehicle to assign to the plan. Note: Select Show Optional to expand the Vehicles section and configure additional vehicle properties including year, make, model, etc.
  6. In State, select the customer's state. Note: This defaults to the site's state.
  7. In Country, select the customer's country. Note: This defaults to the site's country.
  8. Select Save. The vehicle information is saved and the Vehicles section collapses. Note: Select Add Vehicle to assign an additional vehicle to plan.
  9. Navigate to the Wallet section.

  1. In Card Number, enter the payment card account number to which the plan will be charged.
  2. In Expiration Date, select the month and year.the payment card account expires.
  3. In CVV, enter the payment card account security code.
  4. Select Submit. The payment card account data is saved and the Wallet section collapses.
  5. Navigate to the Terms & Conditions section.

  1. Select I Agree with Terms and Conditions.
  2. Select Pay $DD.CC The wash plan purchase completes and the customer can now use the plan.
