Add a Custom Rewash Reason

Use these steps to add a custom rewash reason in Patheon Portal that staff can then select and record for a sale when issuing a rewash.

1. Open Patheon Portal.
2. Select Configuration.

1. Select Customization. The Customization panel opens.

1. Select Reason Management. The Reason Management panel opens.

1. Select Rewash. The rewash reasons list opens.
2. Select + Add another rewash reason. The Reason* field opens.

1. Enter the custom reason text. Important: Reason text cannot be longer than 50 characters
2. Select  (save). The custom rewash reason is saved.
