Configure a Prepaid Product with an Expiration Date

Use these steps to configure a prepaid product with an expiration date.

1. Log In to Patheon Portal.
2. Select configuration.
3. Select Products. The products panel opens.
4. Select add product. The product details panel opens.
5. In Product Name*, enter the name of the prepaid product, for example, Good Wash Code.
6. In Product Type*, select Prepaid.
7. Navigate to the Prepaid Value section.
8. Under Unit Item(s)*, select the Good Wash.

1. In Unit Quantity*, enter 1.

1. In Instant Prepaid*, select Yes.
2. In Set Expiration*, select Yes.
3. In Expiration (days), enter the number of days the prepaid code expires from the purchase date, for example, 7.
4. Navigate to the Sales Tax section.
5. In Apply Tax Code(s)*, select the appropriate tax code setting.
6. Navigate to the Pricing & Tax section.
7. In Tax Inclusive Price, select the appropriate price setting.
8. In Price (USD)*, enter the price of the item.
9. In Status, select Active.
10. Select Save.
