Edit a Prepaid Product Price

Use these steps to change the price of a prepaid product. This can be performed for existing prepaid products; all subsequent sales of the prepaid product will use the new price.

1. Log In to Patheon Portal.
2. Select Configuration.
3. Select Products. The PRODUCTS panel opens. 
4. Locate the prepaid product to edit.
5. Select the edit icon next to the prepaid product. The PRODUCT DETAILS panel opens.
6. Navigate to the Sales Tax section.
7. Edit the tax settings if this is part of the price change.
8. Navigate to the Pricing & Tax section.
9. In Tax Inclusive Price*, change the current setting if this is part of the price change.
10. In Price*, enter the new price.
11. Select SAVE. The changes are applied and synced to the corresponding sites.
