Lower the Gate

Use the following steps to lower (close) a kiosk terminal gate from the kiosk terminal.

1. Open the kiosk staff screen.
2. Select Diagnostics from the kiosk management header. The Diagnostics panel opens.

1. Select Gate. The Gate diagnostics panel opens.

1. Select Close Gate. The gate lowers.
2. Select the close () function in the top right corner. The Gate panel closes and the Diagnostics panel opens.
