Raise the Gate

Use the following steps to raise (open) a kiosk terminal gate from the kiosk terminal.

1. Open the kiosk staff screen.
2. Select Diagnostics from the kiosk management header. The Diagnostics panel opens.

1. Select Gate. The Gate diagnostics panel opens.

1. Select Open Gate. The gate raises.
2. Select the close () function in the top right corner. The Gate panel closes and the Diagnostics panel opens.
