View the Gate State

Use the following steps to view a kiosk terminal gate's current position.

1. Open the kiosk staff screen.
2. Select Diagnostics from the kiosk management header. The Diagnostics panel opens.

1. Select Gate. The Gate diagnostics panel opens.

1. View State. If it displays Down, the gate is lowered/closed; if it displays Up, the gate is raised/opened.
2. Select the close () function in the top right corner. The Gate panel closes and the Diagnostics panel opens.
