Change the Payment Card for a Customer Plan


Use these steps to change the payment card used to renew a customer's plan from Patheon Portal. Note that plan renewal payment cards can also be changed from a customer's profile at a cashier terminal.

  1. Log in to Patheon Portal.
  2. Select Configuration.

  1. Select Customers. The Customers panel opens.

  1. Locate the customer to edit.
  2. Select the customer’s name. The customer overview panel opens.
  3. Navigate to the Plans section.
  4. Select edit ().
  5. Navigate to the Reload Payment Details section.

  1. Select the payment card to use for all future plan renewals.
  2. Select Save. The changes are saved.
