Change the Payment Card for a Customer Plan
Use these steps to change the payment card used to renew a customer's plan from Patheon Portal. Note that plan renewal payment cards can also be changed from a customer's profile at a cashier terminal.
- Log in to Patheon Portal.
- Select Configuration.
- Select Customers. The Customers panel opens.
- Locate the customer to edit.
- Select the customer’s name. The customer overview panel opens.
- Navigate to the Plans section.
- Select edit ().
- Navigate to the Reload Payment Details section.
- Select the payment card to use for all future plan renewals.
- Select . The changes are saved.
