Print a Customer Receipt from Patheon Portal
Use these steps to generate an HTML version of a customer's receipt for a completed transaction from Patheon Portal. The receipt can then be printed, or printed as a PDF (and then saved and sent via a standalone third-party email service).
- Log In to Patheon Portal.
- Select .
- Select Customers. The customers panel opens.
- Select the Customer Name for the customer for which you want to generate a receipt. The customer details panel opens.
- Navigate to the transactions section.
- Select View receipt
(next to the Edit function) for the transaction. A new web browser tab opens with an HTML version of the receipt.
- Print a paper copy of the receipt to provide to the customer, or print it to a PDF and then save the file, so it can be attached to an email and sent to the customer.
