Remove a Payment Card from a Customer Profile


Use these steps to remove a payment card from a customer's profile in Patheon Portal. Note that payment cards can also be removed from a customer's profile at a cashier terminal.

  1. Log in to Patheon Portal.
  2. Select Configuration.

  1. Select Customers. The Customers panel opens.

  1. Locate the customer to edit.
  2. Select the customer’s name. The customer overview panel opens.
  3. Navigate to the Payment section.
  4. Select delete () for the credit card that's being removed. An Are you sure? dialog opens.

  1. Select Remove Card. The dialog closes and the credit card is removed from the customer's profile.
