Configure Days Since Last Promotion Trigger

Use these steps to create a trigger and configure the days since last promotion condition. This condition triggers when a customer discontinues a plan.

  1. Log In to Patheon Portal. 
  2. Select configuration. 
  3. Select Kiosks. The flows list panel opens. 
  4. Select Promotion Flows. The promotion flows panel opens.

  1. Select Triggers. The triggers panel opens.

  1. Select create trigger. The create trigger panel opens. 

  1. In Name*, enter the name of the trigger.
  2. In Type, select On Plan Discontinuation. The Conditions section adds a Days since last promotion condition.

  1. Under Conditions, select Days since last promotion.
  2. In Days since last promotion, enter the number of days. Note: The maximum number of days that can be entered is 999.

  1. Select save.
