Disable Customer Vehicle Additions from EWA
Use these steps to disable the ability for active wash subscription members to add vehicles to their plan from the EWA customer app. Note: This feature is enabled by default.
- Log in to Patheon Portal.
- Select Configuration.
- Select Customization. The Customization panel opens.
- Select E-commerce. The E-Commerce panel opens.
- Navigate to the Plan Management section.
- Remove the check mark from Allow adding vehicles to a plan.
- Select . Active wash subscription members are now unable to add vehicles to their active wash plan from the EWA customer app.
