Extend a Time Based Wash Subscription Plan from Portal

Use these steps to extend a time based manual recharge wash subscription plan from Patheon Portal.

  1. Log in to Patheon Portal.
  2. Select Configuration.

  1. Select Customers. The Customers panel opens.

  1. Locate the customer that's extending their time wash subscription..
  2. Select the customer’s name. The Customer Details panel opens.
  3. Navigate to the Plans section.
  4. Select the edit function for the time wash subscription that is being extended. The Plan Details panel opens.

  1. Select extend. The Confirm plan extension dialog opens.

  1. Select Add to Order. The Confirm plan extension dialog closes and the Order Confirmation panel opens.
  2. Under Payment, select the card to which the sale should be processed.
  3. Select Pay Now. The sale is tendered to the selected payment card.
