Downgrade a Wash Subscription from Portal


Use these steps to downgrade a customer's existing wash subscription to a lower priced wash subscription from the Patheon Portal application.

  1. Log in to Patheon Portal.
  2. Select Configuration.

  1. Select Customers. The Customers panel opens.

  1. Locate the customer in the customer list.
  2. Select the customer’s name. The Customer Details panel opens.
  3. Navigate to the Plans section.
  4. Select edit for the current plan from which the customer is downgrading.
  5. In Name, select the new plan to which the customer is downgrading.
  6. Select Save. A Confirm PLan Change dialog opens. If a refund applies, it's also displayed.

  1. Select Add to Order.
  2. Under Apply Discount, enter a discount code if one applies and select Apply.
  3. Under Terms and Conditions, select Accept Terms and Conditions if the customer agrees to them.
  4. Under Payment, select the customer's payment card.
  5. Select Pay Now. If a refund applies, it's returned to the selected payment card.
