Enable Customer Wash Subscription Changes from EWA


Use these steps to enable the ability for active wash subscription members to upgrade or downgrade their plan from the EWA customer app.

  1. Log in to Patheon Portal.
  2. Select Configuration.

  1. Select Customization. The Customization panel opens.
  2. Select E-commerce. The E-Commerce panel opens.

  1. Navigate to the Plan Management section.
  2. Select Allow changing plan through app. A check mark appears.
  3. Select Save. Active wash subscription members can now upgrade or downgrade their plan from the EWA customer app.
