Reload a Recurring Wash Subscription from Portal
Use these steps to manually reload a customer's TBAR wash plan with a Reloading status, from Patheon Portal.
- Log In to Patheon Portal.

- Select Customers. The customers panel opens.
- Locate the wash subscription customer with a Reloading status.
- Select the customer's name. The customer details panel opens.
- Navigate to the plans section.
- Select Confirm plan reload dialog opens. for the subscription that is being renewed. The

- Select the payment card to which the sale should be processed.
