Remove a Vehicle from a Time Based Wash Subscription Plan from Portal

Use these steps to remove a vehicle from an existing customer's time based manual recharge (TBMR) wash subscription from Patheon Portal.

Note: A vehicle can also be added to a customer's existing TBMR wash subscription from Patheon Portal. 

1. Log in to Patheon Portal.
2. Select Configuration.

1. Select Customers. The Customers panel opens.

1. Locate the customer that's removing a vehicle from their time wash subscription..
2. Select the customer’s name. The Customer Details panel opens.
3. Navigate to the Plans section.
4. Select the edit function for the time wash subscription from which the vehicle is being removed. The Plan Details panel opens.
5. Navigate to the Plan Vehicles section.
6. Locate the vehicle to be removed.
7. Select the delete function for the vehicle. The vehicle is deleted.
8. Select Save. The Confirm Vehicles Updates dialog opens.
9. Select Add to Order. The Confirm Vehicles Updates dialog closes and the Order Confirmation panel opens.
10. Select Confirm. The vehicle is removed from the plan.
