Resume a Suspended Wash Subscription from Portal
Use these steps to manually resume a customer's suspended TBAR wash subscription plan from Patheon Portal.
- Log In to Patheon Portal.
- Select .
- Select Customers. The customers panel opens.
- Locate the customer that is resuming their TBAR wash subscription.
- Select the customer's name. The customer details panel opens.
- Navigate to the plans section.
- Select for the wash subscription that is being resumed. The Resume plan dialog opens.
- Select . The order confirmation panel opens.
- Select the payment card to which the sale should be processed.
- Select . The sale is tendered to the selected payment card.
