Resume a Suspended Wash Subscription from Portal


Use these steps to manually resume a customer's suspended TBAR wash subscription plan from Patheon Portal.

  1. Log In to Patheon Portal.
  2. Select configuration.
  3. Select Customers. The customers panel opens.
  4. Locate the customer that is resuming their TBAR wash subscription.
  5. Select the customer's name. The customer details panel opens.
  6. Navigate to the plans section.
  7. Select resume for the wash subscription that is being resumed. The Resume plan dialog opens.
  8. Select add to order. The order confirmation panel opens.
  9. Select the payment card to which the sale should be processed.
  10. Select pay now. The sale is tendered to the selected payment card.
