Sell a Wash Subscription from Portal


Use these steps to sell a new wash subscription to a customer from the Patheon Portal application.

  1. Log in to Patheon Portal.
  2. Select Configuration.

  1. Select Customers. The Customers panel opens.

  1. Locate the customer purchasing the wash subscription.
  2. Select the customer’s name. The Customer Details panel opens.
  3. Navigate to the Plans section.
  4. Select Add Plan. The Add Plan (1 Plan Details)panel opens.

  1. Select Plan Sale Site*. The Select Site dialog opens.

  1. Select the site for which the plan is being sold.
  2. Select Submit. The Select Site dialog closes and the Add Plan panel opens.

  1. In Plan Name, select the plan the customer is purchasing.
  2. Navigate to the Plan Vehicle(s) section.
  3. In Vehicle 1*, select the vehicle assigned to the plan.
  4. Use Add Vehicle to add additional vehicles to the plan. Note: Only vehicles which are not currently under an active plan can be selected.
  5. Select Add to Order. The Order Confirmation panel opens.

  1. Under Apply Discount, enter a discount code if one applies and select Apply.
  2. Under Terms and Conditions, select Accept Terms and Conditions if the customer agrees to them. Note: Pay Now is disabled until this is selected.
  3. Under Payment, select the customer's payment card.
  4. Select Pay Now. The sale is tendered to the selected payment card.
