Upgrade a Time Based Wash Subscription Plan from Portal

Use these steps to upgrade an existing customer's time based manual recharge (TBMR) wash subscription to a more expensive TBMR wash subscription from Patheon Portal.

Note: A TBMR wash subscription can also be downgraded from Patheon Portal. 

  1. Log in to Patheon Portal.
  2. Select Configuration.

  1. Select Customers. The Customers panel opens.

  1. Locate the customer that's upgrading to a more expensive unit wash subscription.
  2. Select the customer’s name. The Customer Details panel opens.
  3. Navigate to the Plans section.
  4. Select the edit function for the unit wash subscription that is being upgraded. The Plan Details panel opens.
  5. In Name* select the new time wash subscription.
  6. Select Save. The Confirm Plan Change dialog opens.

  1. Select Add to Order. The Confirm Plan Change dialog closes and the Order Confirmation panel opens.
  2. If a discount code applies, expand Apply Discount, enter the code, and select Apply.
  3. Select Terms and Conditions if the customer agrees to the new plan's conditions and requirements.
  4. Under Payment, select the card to which the sale should be processed.
  5. Select Pay Now. The sale is tendered to the selected payment card.
