Upgrade a Wash Subscription from Portal

Use these steps to upgrade a customer's existing time-based auto-reload wash subscription to a higher priced wash subscription from the Patheon Portal application.

1. Log in to Patheon Portal.
2. Select Configuration.

1. Select Customers. The Customers panel opens.

1. Locate the customer in the customer list.
2. Select the customer’s name. The Customer Details panel opens.
3. Navigate to the Plans section.
4. Select edit for the current plan from which the customer is upgrading.
5. In Name, select the new plan to which the customer is upgrading.
6. Select Save. A Confirm PLan Change dialog opens.
7. Select Add to Order.
8. Under Apply Discount, enter a discount code if one applies and select Apply.
9. Under Terms and Conditions, select Accept Terms and Conditions if the customer agrees to them.
10. Under Payment, select the customer's payment card.
11. Select Pay Now. The sale is tendered to the selected payment card.
