View Which Group Plan Vehicle Redeemed a Wash from Patheon Portal
Use these steps to view which group plan vehicle redeemed a wash from the Patheon Portal application.
- Log in to Patheon Portal.
- Select Configuration.
- Select Customers. The Customers panel opens.
- Select the Customer Name to view the vehicle that redeemed a wash for that customer. The customer details panel opens.
- Navigate to the transactions section.
- The Vehicle ID displays, along with a 'Redeemed' status if the vehicle has redeemed a wash.
