View Which Group Plan Vehicle Redeemed a Wash from Patheon Portal


Use these steps to view which group plan vehicle redeemed a wash from the Patheon Portal application.

  1. Log in to Patheon Portal.
  2. Select Configuration.

  1. Select Customers. The Customers panel opens.

  1. Select the Customer Name to view the vehicle that redeemed a wash for that customer. The customer details panel opens. 
  2. Navigate to the transactions section.

  1. The Vehicle ID displays, along with a 'Redeemed' status if the vehicle has redeemed a wash.
