Capture Vehicle Photo for Plan Redemption from a Tablet Terminal

Use these steps to capture a vehicle photo for a plan member using a tablet terminal.

Plan Redemption with No Vehicle Photo

1. Log In to a Tablet Terminal. 
2. Select Customers. The Customers panel opens.
3. Select the name of the customer redeeming a plan. The customer details panel opens. 
4. Navigate to the plans section. 
5. Select apply plan next to the plan to redeem. The Apply Plan dialog opens. 
6. Select add photo. The Add vehicle photo dialog opens. 
7. Point the tablet camera at the car and once the vehicle is in the frame, select capture. The vehicle photo is captured and the Apply Plan dialog opens with the vehicle photo. Note: Select edit photo to recapture the vehicle photo if necessary. 
8. Select apply. The customer details panel opens. 

Plan Redemption with Vehicle Photo

1. Log In to a Tablet Terminal. 
2. Select Customers. The Customers panel opens.
3. Select the name of the customer redeeming a plan. The customer details panel opens. 
4. Navigate to the plans section. 
5. Select apply plan next to the plan to redeem. The Apply Plan dialog opens. 
6. Select add current vehicle photo. The Add vehicle photo dialog opens. 
7. Point the tablet camera at the car and once the vehicle is in the frame, select capture. The vehicle photo is captured and the Apply Plan dialog opens with the vehicle photo. Note: Select edit photo to recapture the vehicle photo if necessary. 
8. Select the the blue arrow with the camera to replace the old vehicle photo with the newly captured photo. 
9. Select apply. The customer details panel opens.
