"Invalid Barcode" Error when Scanning RFID Tag
An "Invalid Barcode" error is displayed after scanning an existing customer's RFID tag from the Sales panel of a cashier terminal.
Cause
The cashier terminal's Sales panel is not designed to scan and read RFID tag barcodes. This works as designed.
Resolve
- Navigate to the Customers panel.
- Scan the barcode. A dialog appears.
- Apply the customer's plan.
Prevent
Train site staff to always scan RFID tags from the Customers panel.
