SEGMENTS

The Segments panel provides pre-defined (System) customer segments, as well as the ability to create custom segments, to help sites identify select groups of customers. Segments can then be used to view customers that belong to those segments, either in the Customers panel (via filter) or from the Segment Entries panel (select a segment's name from the Segments panel). Note: A CSV file of the customers that belong to a segment can also be exported (downloaded) from the Segment Entries panel.
