Accounting Export
The Accounting Export panel provides a list of all previously generated CSV export files, as well as the ability to generate and download any of the following export files, by site(s) and date range: item list, account list, transactions list, site list, transaction (v2) summary report, transaction (V2) detail report, or profit center list.
- Generate new export files.
- Download generated export files.

Accounting Export Tools
The Accounting Export panel provides one tool: , located in the top right corner.

The function opens the Generate Report panel, where new data export files can be configured and generated.
Export List
All previously generated data export files are displayed in an export list and can be downloaded.
Time/Date
The Time/Date column provides the time and date the export file was generated. It is not the date (start date or end date) of the data included in the export file. That information is provided in the Filters column.
Type
The Type column provides the export file's data type. There are 5 data types.
Account List
All Patheon journal accounts for an organization. It includes the following data for each account: ACCOUNT TYPE, ACCOUNT NAME, OPENING BALANCE, AS OF, ACCOUNT IS INACTIVE, and SITE.
Item List
All products configured in Patheon for the selected site(s) on the time and date the export file was created. It includes the following data for each item.
Profit Center List
All profit centers configured for an organization. It includes the following data for each profit center: PROFIT CENTER, and IS INACTIVE.
Site List
All sites configured for an organization. It includes the following data for each site: LIST OF SITES, and IS INACTIVE.
Transactions
All transactions in Patheon for the configured site(s) and date range. It includes the following data for each transaction: DATE, ITEM, CATEGORY 1, CATEGORY 2, ACCOUNT, DEBIT, CREDIT, CLASS 1, and CLASS 2.
Filters
The Filters column identifies the date range and site(s) included in the export file.
Download
Select the download function to download the corresponding export file. The file immediately downloads to the location configured for downloads in the web browser.
