Look Up a Customer by Credit Card

Use these steps to look up a customer by the last 4 digits of a credit card saved to their profile from a cashier terminal. After locating a customer, select them to update their profile, review their transaction history, or even issue a refund to one of their saved payment cards.

1. Log in to the cashier application.
2. Select Customers. The Customers panel opens.
3. In the search parameter, select Credit Card. The search field prompts, "Enter last 4 digits of credit card".
4. Enter at least 1 digit of any part of the last 4 digits of the customer's credit card. The Customers panel automatically refreshes to display only customers with a matching credit card's last 4 digits.
