Open a Members Lane to House Accounts

Use these steps to accept house account members at a members lane (semi-attended mode is enabled). Patheon house account configuration requires a specific wash be configured as the default wash for its members. This allows the house account's members to use the members lane and receive a wash if semi-attended mode is enabled.

Semi-attended mode must be enabled for the terminal in Patheon Portal for the function to appear on the HARDWARE panel.

 

  1. Log in to the cashier application.
  2. Select Hardware. The Hardware panel opens.
  3. In the Terminal section, set Semi-attended mode to On.
