Cancel a Deferred Plan Change on a Cashier Terminal


Use these steps to cancel a deferred plan change for a customer on a cashier terminal.

  1. Log In to Cashier Application.
  2. Select Customers. The customers panel opens. 
  3. Locate the customer that wants to cancel their deferred plan change.
  4. Select the customer's name. The customer summary panel opens.
  5. Select the edit function. The customer details panel opens. 
  6. Navigate to the plans section. 
  7. Select the edit function. The plan details panel opens. 

  1. Select cancel plan transfer. The Cancel plan change dialog opens.

  1. Select proceed. The deferred plan change is canceled and the customer details panel opens.
