View Plan Change Transaction Details from a Cashier Terminal


Use these steps to view transaction details for a customer's plan changes, from a cashier terminal. This information includes for each status change, what happened, and any related transaction details, for example, a refund issued due to the removal of a vehicle from a group plan or downgrade from higher level tier plan to lower level tier plan.

  1. Log in to the cashier application.
  2. Select Sales History. The Sales History panel opens.

  1. Locate the plan sale transaction.
  2. Select edit for the transaction. The sale id panel opens.

  1. The details for the plan change, including any refund or added charges, are provided. Select Print Receipt to print a duplicate receipt for the sale.
