Assign a Vehicle to a Non-Plan Sale


Use these steps to assign a vehicle to a non-plan sale on a cashier terminal.

  1. Log in to the cashier application.
  2. Select Sales. The Sales panel opens.
  3. Select the Wash tab.
  4. Select the wash to add to the sale. The wash is added to the cart.

  1. Select assign vehicle. The assign vehicle panel opens. 

  1. Use the search bar to search for the customer by license plate, name, phone, RFID number, or credit card. 
  2. If the customer is not already saved, the option to add a new vehicle opens. 

  1. Select + Add a new vehicle. The Assign Vehicle panel opens.

  1. In Main License Plate*, enter the license plate number.
  2. In Country*, select the customer's country. 
  3. In State*, select the customer's state. 
  4. Select to save. The sales panel opens and the vehicle is assigned to the sale. 

  1. Tender the sale.
