Configure a Site's Tax Tables to Auto-Refresh
Sites that use the Avalara AvaTax tax integration feature can use these steps to configure a site to automatically refresh its tax tables Once per month or Twice per month. This configuration is included for each site, in its Site Details panel.
Note: A site's tax tables can also be manually refreshed, once every 24 hours using the function.
- Log in to Patheon Portal.
- Select Configuration.
- Select Sites & Groups. The Sites panel opens.
- Select the Name of the site. The Site Overview panel opens.
- Select edit (). The Site Details panel opens.
- Navigate to the Taxes section.
- In Refresh Frequency*, select Once per month (every 28 days from the last date and time the process was performed) or Twice per month (every 14 days from the last date and time the process was performed).
- Select . The changes are saved.
