Reactivate a Suspended Wash Subscription from EWA
Essential Web Application (EWA) customer app users can use these steps to manually resume their suspended unlimited plan before the date it's configured to automatically resume. The customer will be eligible to use the plan, and renewal charges will resume.
Note: EWA customer app users can manually suspend their plan from the EWA.
- Sign in to the EWA customer app.
- Select the wash plan. The plan overview opens. Note: The plan's Status is Suspending on 01/14/25 and a Reactivate Plan link is provided.
- Select Reactivate Plan. The Plan Reactivation dialog opens.
- Select Plan Reactivation dialog closes and the plan overview opens. Note: The plan's Status is now Active. . The
- The customer can now use the plan, and it will be renewed.
Reactivate a Discontinuing Wash Subscription from EWA
- A time-based automatic reload plan with a status of Discontinuing can be reactivated through the Essential Web App up until the date the plan status changes to Discontinued. This allows a user that has recently discontinued their plan the ability to easily reactivate it if they change their mind.
- From the Active Plans list in the app, find the plan you want to reactivate.
- The Reactivate Plan option is available in two places: directly under the Discontinuing status on the plan card and in the plan card context menu opened by selecting the three dots in the top right corner of the plan card.
- Select one of the Reactivate Plan options. A Cancel Discontinuation modal appears stating, "Your plan will resume its regular reload schedule."
- Select Yes to reactive the plan and change the status to Active.
