Suspend a Wash Subscription from EWA
Essential Web Application (EWA) customer app users can use these steps to suspend (pause) their wash plan subscription. The plan will not be submitted for renewal, and the plan member will no longer be eligible to use the plan, while it's suspended (paused).
Note: Members may manually resume a suspended plan from the EWA at any time.
- Open the EWA customer app.
- Log in.
- Select the wash plan. The plan overview opens. Note: The plan's Status is Active.
- Select the plan menu (...). The plan management menu opens.
- Select Suspend Plan. The Suspend Plan dialog opens.
- In Resume on, select the date to resume the plan. Note: Dates are provided in monthly increments, for example, if the current date is 01/14/25, dates that can be selected include 02/14/25, 03/14/25, 04/14/25, etc. This is the date on which the customer's plan will automatically activate, and the customer can use their plan and renewal charges will resume.
- Select Suspend Plan dialog closes and the plan overview opens. Note: The plan's Status is now Suspending on 01/14/25 and a Reactivate Plan link is provided. . The
