Edit Vehicle Details from Patheon Portal


Use these steps to edit a vehicle on a customer's existing wash subscription from the Patheon Portal application.

Note: A vehicle can also be removed from a customer's existing wash subscription from the Patheon Portal application.

  1. Log in to Patheon Portal.
  2. Select Configuration.

  1. Select Customers. The Customers panel opens.

  1. Locate the customer that wants to edit a vehicle on their wash subscription.
  2. Select the customer’s name. The Customer Details panel opens.
  3. Navigate to the vehicles section.
  4. Select edit for the vehicle which the customer wants to edit. The vehicle fields become editable.

  1. Edit the necessary fields. Note: The Country, State, and Alt License Plate fields can't be edited
  2. Select the check mark to save the updated information.
