Edit Vehicle Details from Patheon Portal
Use these steps to edit a vehicle on a customer's existing wash subscription from the Patheon Portal application.
Note: A vehicle can also be removed from a customer's existing wash subscription from the Patheon Portal application.
- Log in to Patheon Portal.
- Select Configuration.
- Select Customers. The Customers panel opens.
- Locate the customer that wants to edit a vehicle on their wash subscription.
- Select the customer’s name. The Customer Details panel opens.
- Navigate to the vehicles section.
- Select edit for the vehicle which the customer wants to edit. The vehicle fields become editable.
- Edit the necessary fields. Note: The Country, State, and Alt License Plate fields can't be edited
- Select the check mark to save the updated information.
