View Unqueued Vehicles

Use these steps to view the list of unqueued vehicles. Unqueued vehicles are primarily generated by tablet and office POS sales. When a vehicle is removed from the wash queue, it is moved the unqueued vehicles list.

  1. Log in to the tunnel entrance application.
  2. Select Wash Queue. The Wash Queue panel opens.

  1. Select show unqueued cars. An Enter an unqueued Car # dialog opens.

  1. Select the Card Mode toggle () in the bottom right corner of the pin pad dialog. The pin pad dialog is replaced with vehicle cards for all unqueued vehicles.

  1. Use the left and right navigation functions if more than 6 vehicles are unqueued.
