Patheon R47 Release Notes
Patheon release 47 includes the following enhancements:
- Sites can now generate the kiosk terminal "Cash Management Report" even if any or all cash peripherals aren’t functioning. This reduces interruptions to a site’s operations by enabling them to add/remove cash from/to a kiosk terminal even if a corresponding peripheral has a current state of error, degraded, service stopped, or unplugged.
- The default per-sale limit for a refund is now set to $200, and sites can optionally configure a different limit, from $1 to $10,000. This can help reduce a site’s exposure to financial loss (intentional or unintentional) by providing greater security and control over the amount of money that an employee can refund to a customer in a single sale.
- The Patheon Essential Web App (EWA) now generates an error message, "You have reached the limit of the gift cards purchased in the application.", if they attempt to purchase a gift card or gift cards more than the number of gift cards that can be purchased from the EWA. This can help reduce EWA user confusion, which can reduce the amount of time a site must spend responding to customer service issues.
- The employee role permission, “Sell tbe plans”, is renamed “Sell open expiration plans”. This can help reduce confusion for Patheon users when configuring employee role permissions by providing an easier to understand name.
- The tunnel entrance terminal no longer auto-logs off the current user after 14 hours. Instead, the tunnel entrance terminal always remains logged on. This can reduce a site’s tunnel operations interruptions caused by the tunnel entrance terminal automatically logging off in the middle of a shift and/or when sending vehicles through the tunnel.
- General bug fixes.
