POS - EWA Customer App

The EWA customer app can now require CAPTCHA confirmation when adding or updating a payment card

  • When CAPTCHA is enabled, customers adding or changing payment cards on the EWA must complete a reCAPTCHA to proceed; failed CAPTCHA attempts redirect to the main page, while manual cancellations keep the customer on the current page. Important: Contact DRB to enable or disable this feature.

POS - Kiosk

Select functions are now blocked when a payment terminal is active

  • On kiosk terminals, when the payment terminal is active (prompts for payment card), the RESET SESSION function, the CART function (open/access), the VEHICLE SEARCH function, and the RESUME function are blocked. Attempts to use any of them open an OPERATION RESTRICTED dialog stating, "This operation is restricted due to the active payment terminal." opens. Select CLOSE to dismiss the dialog.

Select functions are now blocked for a completed transaction

  • On kiosk terminals, when a completed transaction is selected, the RESET SESSION function, the CART function (open/access), and the VEHICLE SEARCH function are blocked. Attempts to use any of them open an OPERATION RESTRICTED dialog stating, "This operation is restricted due to a completed transaction in the current session. Please return to the kiosk workflow." opens. Select CLOSE to dismiss the dialog.

POS - Tunnel Entrance

Patheon systems can now be configured to prevent automatic retracts from being saved and applied to vehicles

  • The tunnel entrance terminal wash queue panel's ability to assign a persistent retract for a vehicle can now be disabled. When disabled, temporary retracts can still be applied to a vehicle, but only for the current visit; the retract will not be saved. If enabled, a retract can be applied and saved so that it will automatically apply for future visits. Important: Contact DRB to enable or disable persistent retracts.

Wash Subscriptions

Sites can now view which vehicle in a group plan redeemed a wash

  • Sites can now identify the specific vehicle that redeemed a wash within a group plan from the Sales History panel at a cashier terminal, or the Customer Details panel in Patheon Portal.

Resolved Issues

POS - Cashier

  • In previous releases, an issue that could cause a transaction with multiple line items to fail to initially tender, but then successfully tender for the incorrect amount is now resolved.
