Enhancements
Dashboards
Insights 2.0 now includes a Sales Leaderboard dashboard
- The Sales Leaderboard dashboard consists of five analytics panels that give carwash managers deeper visibility into sales performance - a Leaderboard panel that ranks employees by total and plan sales with location/org filters; a Plan Overview panel that summarizes plans sold, sellers vs. averages, and plans ended; a Site Overview panel that shows site-level performance and conversion opportunity (eligible cars vs. plans sold) plus per-employee sales over time; an exportable Employee Summary panel that can run daily/weekly/monthly/yearly; and a Plan Retention panel that tracks how long plans are retained in recurring payment cycles to support long-term performance tracking and training.
Employees
Default and custom roles can now be deactivated from Patheon Portal
- Sites can now deactivate default and custom roles from the roles & permissions panel in Patheon Portal, with the exception of the Patheon Administrator and Raw Data Developer roles. When a role is deactivated, it becomes inactive and is hidden from employee role selection. If the role is assigned to employees with multiple roles or no employees, users receive a warning showing the number of affected employees and can proceed with deactivation, which removes the role from those employees. However, if the role is the only one assigned to at least one employee, an error message prevents deactivation to avoid leaving the employee(s) without any role. Users can view affected employees on the Role Details panel.
POS - Cashier
Daily car count is available on the active sales panel of the cashier terminal
- Staff can now view the daily car count in the header of the active sales panel on the cashier terminal, showing the total number of cars processed so far each day with real-time updates. Note: The count resets at midnight local time, and this information is accessible on the Insights 2.0 Current Stats dashboard for more detailed analysis.
POS - EWA Customer App
The customer app now offer multiple promotions to customers when they attempt to cancel their wash plan
- Sites can now enable multiple promotions to display on the EWA for customers with an eligible TBAR plan who are attempting to cancel their plans. If enabled, customers with multiple eligible offers will see a prioritized list of applicable promotions. Customers can select one offer to apply, or decline all offers and proceed with the plan cancellation.
Sites can now enable EWA customers to edit their vehicle's license plate information
- Sites can now enable customers to edit their vehicle's license plate information, including country, state/province, and plate number, directly within the EWA. However, edits are restricted if the license plate was modified less than 30 days ago from any source (POS, Patheon Portal, or EWA), and users will be informed of how many days remain until they can make changes again. During editing, existing validation rules apply, including checks for uniqueness to prevent duplicate license plates on vehicles with active or reversible plans. When submitting changes, customers will receive a confirmation dialog to ensure accuracy before updates are applied.
Reports
The General Sales Report now allows users to choose between viewing live data or historical data
- The GSR now includes new options that allow users to select between viewing Live data for today or Historical data for previous days, weeks, months, or years. Users can now expect quicker access to relevant data without compromising performance, and both live and historical data remain easily accessible within the same report interface.
RFID Vehicle ID
Staff can now configure RFID reader settings from the hardware panel of the cashier terminal
- The RFID reader section of the hardware panel on the cashier terminal has been updated so staff can easily adjust RFID reader settings. The functionality is enabled only when the RFID reader is configured and in a good state; it is disabled if the reader is configured, but not functioning properly. Additionally, the RFID reader settings are hidden from the hardware panel when the RFID reader is not configured.
Wash Subscriptions
Sites can now retain a customer's recharge date switching plans
- The Patheon Portal and on-site systems now retain the customer's original recharge date when switching plans, allowing sites to process plan changes without automatically resetting this date. On the Patheon Portal, switching to a cheaper plan retains the recharge date and automatically calculates a prorated refund. At the site, staff are prompted to enter the refund amount and then ring up the full price of the new plan. If a new recharge date is desired, staff can choose to terminate the existing plan and resell the customer a new one.
