Patheon R53 Release Notes

Patheon release 53 includes the following enhancements:

  • Sites can now easily generate and print a receipt for completed transactions directly from Patheon Portal. Sites can use this to help improve customer satisfaction, and improve the efficiency of responding, when a customer requests a receipt copy from a transaction.
  • Sites can now configure instant prepaid cards with expiration dates. Sites can use this to help increase revenue by encouraging customers to make timely purchases and take advantage of promotional offers.
  • Organizations can now permanently delete a customer from Patheon Portal and cashier terminals. Organizations can use this to better organize their customer database so they can focus more on active customers.
  • Sites can now offer a $0 (zero-dollar) instant prepaid wash with an expiration period. Sites can provide these as a "Rain Guarantee" or a "Wash Guarantee" for immediate rewash access. This can help increase revenue as well as customer satisfaction by enhancing the value of retail wash purchases.
  • Site staff can now specify a default site when viewing Insights 2.0. Individual users can use this to more quickly view the site most important to them every time they open the dashboards.

Customers

Sites can now delete customers

  • Sites can now permanently delete a customer in Patheon Portal as well as at a cashier terminal, with the exception of customers who are assigned to an active sale, belong to an active plan, or are house account or partner account customer. The function is controlled by two different employee role permissions: Portal>Customers>Customer tab access>Customer delete on portal permission and POS>Customers>Customer account access>Customer delete on pos permission.

Dashboards

Staff can now set a default site for Insights 2.0

  • Site staff can now specify a default site when viewing Insights 2.0.

POS - EWA Customer App

The user interface on the EWA customer app is updated

  • The terms and conditions section now displays before the wallet section when customers make a purchase from the EWA. Additionally, icons for supported card issuers are now visible in the wallet section.

Instant prepaid cards can now be configured with an expiration date

Instant prepaid cards can now be configured to include a wash and rewash service with an expiration period
