Enhancements

Dashboards

The Insights 2.0 current stats dashboard now includes a new all sites section

  • The new hourly car counts: all sites section on the current stats dashboard adds an enterprise-level Hourly Car Counts view showing total cars washed per hour across all sites. The section also includes a dedicated header and an Average Cars Washed widget to help operators quickly monitor network-wide activity in one place. These enhancements are available on both web and mobile, making it easier to track overall wash volume performance anytime, anywhere.

The risk monitor dashboard is now available in Insights 2.0

  • The new risk monitor dashboard introduces an Overview page on both desktop and mobile with date range filtering, all-sites totals for refunds, voids, discounts, and rewashes, site-level comparison charts, and a 13-month trend view with optional detail display. The Risk Monitor enhancements also include a new refund reason field in the Transaction Report V2 export for better visibility into open refunds. Together, these updates help operators better understand unusual activity, monitor potential fraud indicators, and make more informed business decisions across their sites.

Patheon Portal

Sites can now access the FastID+ dashboard directly from Patheon Portal

  • Patheon Portal now provides a direct link to the fastID+ dashboard, making it easier for eligible users to quickly access vehicle visit data for their FastID+ lanes. When FastID+ LPR is configured and active for at least one site, the link will appear in the Portal header for convenient access. This streamlined entry point helps operators and managers move more quickly between Patheon Portal and FastID+ reporting tools without needing to manually navigate to a separate application.

Patheon Portal Terms and Conditions editor now includes font size selection

  • A font size selection option is now available in the Terms and Conditions editor in Patheon Portal, giving sites more control when formatting Terms and Conditions content. This option is available in the existing editors used for Plan Automatic Renewal Terms, Wash Pass Terms and Conditions, and Plan T&Cs. With added font sizing options, sites can better emphasize important details and create clearer, more readable customer-facing content. Font size changes apply only to supported customer-facing outputs and are not available across all printers or screen displays.

POS - Cashier

Staff can now use cashier terminals to process transaction barcodes

  • Staff can now process transaction barcodes on cashier terminals even when the transaction is not linked to a recognized customer. When a barcode is scanned, paid transactions can be processed immediately so the vehicle is queued, while unpaid transactions are added to the cart so staff can complete payment. In SAL mode, staff will see a confirmation toast indicating the scanned barcode and applied wash, while in non-SAL mode the system will present the active sale detected flow. This helps sites handle more barcode-based transactions smoothly, reducing exceptions and keeping lanes moving efficiently.

POS - Kiosk

The kiosk flow now offers a new Receipt Options screen

  • Sites can now choose to add the new Receipt Options screen to the kiosk flow, giving more flexibility in how customers receive their receipts. When enabled and configured in Patheon Portal, customers can choose options such as SMS, paper copy, or SMS & paper copy, and if they select an SMS-based option, the kiosk will prompt them to enter their phone number before completing the transaction. For recognized customers, an existing primary phone number can be prefilled for convenience, while still allowing the customer to enter a different number for that receipt. To display the screen, the Customer Notification feature and its SMS option must also be enabled in Client Manager. If either the overall feature or its SMS option is disabled, the Receipt Options screen will not be shown, even if it was previously configured. There is no need to republish the flow for the screen to appear or disappear based on feature status, as the kiosk automatically respects the current configuration and feature settings, including hiding the screen when SMS notifications are not enabled and disabling print-related options if the printer is unavailable.

The kiosk status panel now gives staff a clearer, more useful view of kiosk health and connectivity

  • The kiosk status panel now shows configured devices and services only, including their current status with clear color and icon indicators, and labels for critical components so staff can identify issues faster. It also adds I/O status details such as vault and external door state, and automatically refreshes when device or service status changes. To make status checks quicker in the field, staff can open the kiosk status panel by long-pressing the Help button without logging in, while login is still required for diagnostics links, maintenance actions, customer options, and door access.

POS - Tablet

The tablet sales panel now features a responsive design

  • The tablet sales panel now features a more responsive layout designed to display cleanly across supported screen resolutions from 1024 to 1920. The familiar 4x6 POS button grid that sites already use for button setup, staff training, and daily operations has been preserved. By keeping the established grid layout intact, staff can benefit from a better fit on different tablet screens without disrupting existing workflows. This enhancement also supports a more consistent experience alongside Wash panel functionality across tablets, cashier terminals, and tunnel entrances.
