- A dedicated interior product type with its own cashier terminal tab and configuration options is now available, making it easier to sell interior services, streamline setup, and improve report accuracy.

Enhancements
API
The Data API now includes card decline reason codes
- The Data API now includes card decline reason codes in transaction data, making it easier for API consumers to access the same decline details already used in Insights without maintaining a separate data pipeline.
Dashboards
The Insights 2.0 today dashboard now includes plan performance indicators
- The today dashboard now includes three new plan performance indicators - Reload Revenue, Churn % This Month, and Plans Lost Today - giving carwash operators a richer, at-a-glance view of plan health on both desktop and mobile devices.
Discounts
Complimentary discount codes can now be automatically generated and printed
- Sites can now automatically generate complimentary discount codes when qualifying sales are fully paid, helping to encourage repeat visits and build customer loyalty. Managers can create these promotions on the promotions panel in Patheon Portal by selecting eligible triggers, audiences, platforms, qualifying products, and one or more active coupon discount configurations, including optional expiration settings. When a qualifying transaction is completed, Patheon generates an 8-character discount code, activates it for use at applicable sites, and prints a separate receipt section for each code so customers can easily redeem it on a future visit. Staff can also see generated discount codes in transaction details for support purposes, while managers can view and edit instant discount code batches within coupon discount details.
Payments
Sites can now use both Moneris POSPAD and Moneris Go at the same location
- Sites can use both Moneris POSPAD and Moneris Go payment processors at the same site, making it easier to replace payment hardware gradually instead of all at once. With separate processor options available on the site details panel in Patheon Portal and in Client Manager, sites can configure and track each Moneris setup correctly, while card activity continues to record the proper processor and merchant information behind the scenes. This update also ensures card-on-file (COF) transactions, card-present sales and refunds, voids, and recurring plan renewals work successfully for both Moneris processor types, even when one is inactive. In addition, customers linked to plans on an inactive Moneris processor will not see unnecessary prompts to update their card, and their saved COF information will remain intact when plans are terminated.
POS - Cashier
Staff can now void retail items from completed transactions
- Staff can now void eligible retail items from completed transactions even when those items were sold with a discount. When a discounted retail transaction includes products that are normally voidable, staff can now select those items and process the void directly from the transaction details. The void will correctly account for the original discount while otherwise following the standard void workflow, including returning funds through the original tender methods within their available amounts. The system also creates the related void transaction and journal records automatically, helping managers and staff maintain accurate financial and audit records.
Customer record editing on cashier terminals now checks for duplicate phone numbers only when a customer's phone number is changed
- Customer phone number validation on cashier terminals now allows staff to save updates to existing customer records without interruption unless the phone number itself is changed to a number already in use. If other customer details are updated, the record saves normally, but if the phone number is edited to a non-unique value, the system shows a duplicate phone number message and blocks the save. This helps prevent duplicate customer records while still making routine customer updates easier for staff. Important: Contact DRB to enable the Enforce Unique Phone Numbers feature.
POS - Kiosk
Plan redemption upsell screens now automatically continue the redemption flow after timeout
- When a customer does not respond to a TBAR/TBMR plan redemption upsell at the kiosk, the flow will now automatically continue the redemption instead of restarting, helping keep member lanes moving while still giving customers the chance to accept a one-time upgrade. If no upsell is selected before the timeout, the experience is treated like "No Thanks" and the wash redemption proceeds without added items. If an upsell was selected before timeout, the kiosk continues to the next required step - such as loyalty, COF, or payment method selection - based on the site's configuration.
Products
A dedicated interior product type is now available on Patheon Portal and cashier terminals
- Patheon Portal and cashier terminals now include a dedicated interior product type, making it easier to create, sell, and manage interior services separately from wash products for better POS organization, cleaner setup, and more accurate reporting. Managers can configure interior products with eligible interior services, pricing, taxes, profit centers, images, visibility, and site-level overrides on Patheon Portal, while cashier terminals now include a dedicated Interior tab for selling these services on their own or bundled with a wash. Cashiers can add interior products to new or existing transactions, complete sales for interior-only services, and void them when needed, with receipts showing interior services as separate line items. Product and service configuration is also improved by removing unnecessary automatic Basic Wash service behavior, tailoring the service editor by service type, and hiding unused service types to simplify setup and training.
Wash Queue Management
The Kiosks tab on the wash queue panel has been renamed
- The Kiosks tab on the wash queue panel has been renamed to Lanes, giving users clearer, more accurate terminology that better reflects support for both kiosk terminals and semi-attended (members) lanes across tablet terminal, back office sales terminals, and the tunnel entrance terminals.
Resolved Issues
Patheon Portal
- An issue that could prevent wash price updates from saving and generating errors when staff try to correct pricing is resolved.
Prepaids
- An issue that could prevent prepaid and gift card sales or reloads made through EWA from being included in liability reporting because they used a different code batch type is resolved.
Reports
- An issue that could cause the Accounting Export Report to become stuck when exporting a Transaction Detail List report for all sites is resolved.
