Patheon R39 Release Notes


Patheon release 39 includes the following enhancements:

  • Remote (from Patheon Portal) plan maintenance enhancements include the ability to sell unit-based manual reload (UBMR) plans, sell time-based manual reload (TBMR) plans, reload plans, upgrade plans, downgrade plans, terminate plans, and add and manage plan vehicles.
  • More easily view a customer's cards on file and subscription plan cards from Patheon Portal.
  • Gift card configuration now includes the ability to separately configure a gift card's value and its price.
  • Employee management is enhanced to include the ability to create custom employee roles by duplicating an existing role.
  • For Patheon Data API customers only, new documentation pages are added to the API portal.
  • General bug fixes.

Enhancements

Employees

Default and custom employee roles can now be duplicated

The ADD ROLE panel and ROLES & PERMISSIONS panel now provide a more user-friendly view

  • The Add Role panel now includes the following permission configuration parameters: None, View, and Edit.
  • The Roles & Permissions panel now includes an Advanced Search Filter function which consists of an application filter parameter (None, Portal, or POS) and permission filter (None or select a specific permission).

Gift Cards

Separate configuration settings are now available for price and value

  • A Default Value* setting is now available for fixed price gift card configuration so sites can separately configure the card's price and the gift card's value, for example, a $50 gift card that sells for $45.

Patheon Portal

The customers panels are enhanced to restore the customer list view or customer profile changes when navigating within them

  • Patheon Portal restores the specific customer, if one was selected.
  • Patheon Portal restores the customer list in the Customers panel, including any previously specified search terms, filters, and sort order.

Wash Subscriptions

Wash subscription management of unit based manual recharge wash subscription plans is now available in Patheon Portal

Add or remove a vehicle for a unit-based manual reload plan

Visual indicators now help identify which payment card is used to renew a customer's plan, which is available to tender non-plan sales, which are expiring soon, and which are expired

  • When viewing the Customer Details panel for a specific customer, the Payment section now identifies the payment card used to renew a wash plan subscription by applying a blue Plan Card label to the top right corner of the card.
  • When viewing the Customer Details panel for a specific customer, the Payment section now identifies any payment card that expires soon by applying a yellow warning icon and Expires MM/DD text in the middle of the card.
  • When viewing the Customer Details panel for a specific customer, the Payment section now identifies any payment card that expired by applying a red warning icon and Expired MM/DD text in the middle of the card.
  • When viewing the Plan Details panel for a specific customer's plan, the Reload Payment Details section now identifies the payment card used as the default card-on-file to renew the wash subscription by applying a blue Active label to the top right corner of the card.
  • When viewing the Order Confirmation panel for changes to an existing plan (such as adding a vehicle), the Payment section now identifies the payment card used to renew the plan by applying a blue Active label to the top right corner of the card.
  • When viewing the Order Confirmation panel to purchase a new plan, the Payment section now identifies the customer's desginated default card-on-file by applying a gray Default label to the top right corner of the card.
